SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

Our sales prices are quoted ex works, excluding value-added tax, freight, shipping packaging, insurance, etc. Unless otherwise specified, the prices included in our offers are binding for 30 days from their date.

Our rental price is for the duration of the event, up to a maximum of 14 days, plus the applicable value-added tax.

The rent is due before the start of the trade fair.

The type of shipping packaging is determined by us according to our best judgment. Shipping packaging is charged at current prices.

Shipping is always at the expense of the contracting party. Unless otherwise agreed, we determine the means of transport and route, without being responsible for choosing the fastest and cheapest option.

Special requests from the contracting party (e.g., expedited shipping, special packaging, engaging a specific carrier) will be accommodated as far as possible. The risk passes to the contracting party when we hand over the goods to the carrier.
